Bah frankly disappointed. I bought a micro sd that doesn't work on my rasberry PI .... The service department asked me to do a lot of things when I had another sd that worked well on the rasberry with another software ... By dint of removing and putting back the sd and with the stress I dropped the sd which slipped under the floorboard.... In short, it was a real bummer (I'm not going to dismantle the floor for that .... Deg I just made carrot 100 balls!

I ordered a hard drive from Boutique Retrogaming. The hard disk was very badly packed (a simple black film) and arrived defective. The same day I notified the after-sales service, which took 10 days to get back to me. Following a video showing the problem, I was authorized to return the faulty product at my own expense. With no news for a month, after a reminder, the after-sales service told me: "Your hard drive arrived in the workshop broken..., your hard drive is out of warranty, it will be returned to you within a week." I've paid 300 euros, received a faulty product and they're implying that I've damaged it, even though I reported it on the day I received it. Point to remember: they respond 1 time out of 10. You are responsible for faulty products, as the customer must be dishonest. The company is registered in Bulgaria, which allows them to behave as they please. For other customers, the CEC can help you initiate a complaint on a foreign site.

Order placed on July 27: I was supposed to be delivered to my vacation destination in a few days 3 to 5 and no news from them! I had to follow them up with 4 or 5 emails to be sure of being delivered before leaving again, and always got replies 2 days late! In the end, I was treated like a gentleman and almost insulted, even though they don't know how to respect the delivery times indicated and reply on time. They simply cancelled my order. But nothing concrete. I can't recommend the retrogaming store or the service offered. When it works it's nice, but when it doesn't it's very frustrating and a big waste of time and money.
