After exchange by phone and email with customer service / technical service reachable and efficient, console repaired and returned within 10 days. One lifetime is not enough. So many games I can finally get my hands on without breaking the bank. I couldn't see myself doing a physical collection of this type. Lemulation meets my expectations. With the added bonus of games from the Us and Nipon catalogues that I didn't know about. Quick to pick up. Plug and play.
