Lack of follow-up in the service and management of orders. No follow-up in the management of my order. Incorrect information. Certainly we are in period of COVID 19 so the delay of 3 weeks against the 48h-72h mentioned may be acceptable. On the other hand, the total lack of information and daily reminders to have information on my order and its shipment (payment of 10 euros for DHL) makes me totally dissatisfied. The latest episode, a reminder to DHL that finally the order has not been transmitted to them so they can not deliver me .... So I can't be satisfied with such a service.

GPI Case's multidirectional cross is defective The tested emulators work, but it's the case's assembly that is defective. Indeed, the space around the multidirectional cross is too big and the assembly is shaky, even defective. So, as soon as you are on a game and you press down, your character can go down to the right or to the left without you realizing it. This sensitivity of the cross limits the pleasure you can have when playing, or annoys you and you don't find the handling of a Game Boy. Very disappointing considering the price.

Following a claim, my posts on their page were deleted and then I was banned from the page. To date still no confirmation of sending the sd card while the first collection has a code error (incomplete file).
