Service nonexistent Console good at the base. But after-sales service is non-existent. Following a problem on the console and after several relaunching nobody has deigned to answer me. The one year follow-up is a lie. Big disappointment.

Good but... The quality of the hardware is very good, unfortunately many games are in quintuple or worse, others do not launch and especially games on computer are very complicated to launch and others impossible to launch.pity...after I recognize that I have not yet called the support...
