The order took a maximum of 15 days to arrive at the house, neat package, all the equipment is there, it's quality material, all you have to do is plug it in! Best thing ever - I love old games and this has all of them, set up, basically plug and play. I didn't read the manual so it took me a little while to work out the keys, and some of the games don't work, but it's brilliant!

Parcel received, unpacked 1 week later and found that I had not received the Arcade stick ordered. Without any information or a note from them, I had to contact them and was informed that it was out of stock. I had the feeling that they'd simply missed the deal and that if I hadn't said anything I'd never have received the Arcade Stick. Apart from this incident, the RetroBox 8 is great.
