Great!!! Very good initial contact, they take the time to answer all questions even if we are not sure to buy! Then when we cracked ( obliged ??) everything is also nickel . Ordered the 22/01 in the evening, received the 26 /01! The machine is well packaged, even his box packaging gives envy! The machine is very easy to connect and operate (if needed there is a nice little manual provided) For people of my generation it is really a.small Grail.
