Very disappointed because the programmer doesn't work on konnect even though you told me it did. After having taken 1 which was out of stock I waited a long time for another one which is useless. What's more, for 3 euros you refused to give me a sales gesture. BAD SITE BAD SELLER. I DON'T ADVISE.

Hello We had received this answer from the manufacturer Konect itself. As the 2 programming boxes are identical apart from the design, we are the first to be surprised. Are you sure you have a Konect drive? Have you contacted our customer service for a return and refund? I can't find any trace before your negative review, although we are obviously inclined to do so. Not satisfied, delivery indicated 48hrs delivery and its been a week and its still not left the shipping depot.Would it be possible for it to be returned and resent using a different courier?
