Dear Madam, Thank you for your positive feedback. La Poste does not allow us to send coils in envelopes, especially when they are packed eight to a box. Please be assured that we do our utmost to offer the letter rate for all products for which this is possible, but the postal services are extremely strict. As for the Colissimo rate, you should know that we don't make a profit on shipments, unlike many other sites. We charge our customers exactly the price we pay.

Your site is very attractive, and it's easy to find what we're looking for. When it comes to payment, everything goes very smoothly, with no "glitch". The delivery time for Canada is not too long. On the other hand, on 2 out of 3 orders, I had to pay customs clearance fees (around 25 euros), which is why I won't be using your site in the future.
