One of the few sites to mention the vanillin content, vanilla as described .... ...but, the taste is not there. I'm used to making ice cream and custards with vanilla beans, but I didn't find the smell and taste I usually had. I'm going to double the doses, and it will become a luxury dessert, too bad.
