Observation tower ordered on 09/12. Delivery announced on 11/12, then 13/12, then 18/12, then 19/12, then 20/12, then 21/12..... In short, it still hasn't arrived, even though it's a Christmas present.... Very disappointed! The item I received doesn't totally correspond to the photos on the site, and the quality of the fabric is disappointing too. But I was obliged to keep it as I would have to pay for the return postage (knowing that the postage was also payable, so it would be almost half the price of the item).
In short, I wouldn't order from this site again.

I bought slippers that are much too big, even though I took my daughter's size. The packaging is borderline, the slippers are put right in the paper bag in which they are delivered, and they refuse to take them back on the pretext of hygiene conditions. To be avoided!

I'm very disappointed, the quality is not there. I wanted to work with a French company but I don't recommend it.
I had put the whole Safari collection on my birth list but I regret it.
The changing mat cover is badly sewn, and in a very visible place too.
The fitted sheet doesn't cover the standard crib mattress properly.
The neck strap of the sleeping bag is too small. I had to send it back to them, at my own expense of course and without compensation, even though this had been agreed. They made slight modifications, but not enough.
I hope I won't have any more unpleasant surprises with the rest.
To sum up my experience with them: waste of time (e-mails, calls, photos, post) but also of energy and money...
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and ignores customer complaints. They were supposed to get back to me after my last call, but unfortunately they didn't... Really disappointing.
