Order placed on January 3. Mondial relay suggested an obsolete relay point and informed me of this on the day of delivery, last Saturday. So I changed the relay point with the confirmation that it would be delivered within 24 hours. The parcel only arrived yesterday evening, Tuesday... Living abroad, my parents were supposed to bring it to me on their trip today, but the parcel arrived late, so that's impossible. I won't have it for another 6 months... If I'd known, I wouldn't have confirmed my order.

Ordered a flat baby pillow in cotton percale and bamboo. The pillow is fine, but after washing at 30° (it's supposed to last up to 40), it pilled up completely and is no longer flat at all, so no longer usable. I sent this info back to customer service, who sent me a new pillow, without accepting my request for a refund. Unfortunately, the problem is exactly the same with the new one after washing, and I haven't heard from customer service since.
