Order placed on January 3. Mondial relay suggested an obsolete relay point and informed me of this on the day of delivery, last Saturday. So I changed the relay point with the confirmation that it would be delivered within 24 hours. The parcel only arrived yesterday evening, Tuesday... Living abroad, my parents were supposed to bring it to me on their trip today, but the parcel arrived late, so that's impossible. I won't have it for another 6 months... If I'd known, I wouldn't have confirmed my order.

Complicated navigation, not explicit. Impossible to differentiate between delivery and billing addresses. Difficulty finding the addresses of the gift recipients. In the end, I receive a letter from the track telling me that the recipient has not been found, the address is incomplete: it's the one mentioned on your site!!!!
