Very attentive and helpful staff. I have 3 children and the sales staff were really lovely with them when trying on equipment. Good quality material and the possibility of exchanging shoes without any problem if one doesn't fit because it's too painful depending on the shape of the foot.

Very easy to collect and return equipment in good central location in Tignes Le Lavachet. Greg was very helpful when I had issues with my boots on the first day, so swapped for a replacement pair and gave lots of advice.
