The refractory baking tray is really perfect for baking pizza and homemade bread. The peel is good, light and practical, but easily damaged. I tried to loosen a pizza dough that was a little too stuck to the peel, using a spatula. The peel crumbled where the spatula went through, small holes appeared and splinters formed on the surface.

Other online retailers automatically split delivery if one of the items purchased is missing. Not Tom Press.
