Although a long wait due to item not being in stock once stock in delivery was quick. Item arrived undamaged. Only downside was the guide that came with it is in French and no translation alongside. Email communication excellent but verbal difficult due to language barrier. On the whole wouldn't deter me from using Tompress again

Regrettably, this épépineuse is sold with the collector but not the splash guard which, in my opinion, is essential.
