Contrary to the site's promise of 48-hour delivery, the company phoned on May 26th to arrange an appointment for delivery on June 2nd. But it was a birthday present that couldn't wait. We had to collect the parcel from the warehouse ourselves, with the vagaries of traffic and the vagaries of GPS. I'm not sure I'd recommend it. In this case, it's better to go to a store.

I had to go and pick it up myself at the storage warehouse because the carrier's customer service hadn't done its job and was not available for delivery. The grater does a very good job, but the item has many flaws : splashes everywhere; above it lacks a cap with a hole and a cylinder above for inserting apples; the inner cylinder of the grater fills up and you have to empty it by hand; at the bottom you need a door to parry splashes, which can be opened to clean the cylinder; the pestle is useless I replaced the crank to use a drill.
