I ordered plates to socca April 5 I had to phone at least three times in the month they tell me there is a break that I should receive during the month of May no response there is no mail nothing I call in May I fall on a charming lady who told me yes there is a break of plate to socca 32 cm but I helps plate to socca 30 I said perfect why they have not d'me.

2 items ordered but only 1 delivered in a sealed envelope. The invoice is for the 2 items debited from my account on 17/05/2023! I sent a complaint e-mail the same day which went unanswered, perhaps because of the long weekend. I'm still waiting a little longer but I won't give up. I'm a bit disappointed

Correct packaging and very nice appliance but disappointed because at the end of the fondue when I wanted to wash the appliance there were vegetables stuck to the bottom and I had a lot of trouble cleaning it even though I've been making fondues with tefal for years and never had a problem.
