Satisfied, but what's the point of fitting a non-functional timer to an appliance? Apart from this minor inconvenience, I'm very happy with this product. For your information, I heat the milk for several minutes (90°) and let it come down to 55° before inoculating it, which makes the yoghurt firmer. Be careful, too, with the choice of yogurts purchased for inoculation: not all of them are (milk preparations, for example).
