TOMPRESS disclaims all responsibility for damage in transit by sending a warning letter for reservations to be made on the delivery note, but the goods are not even put on pallets and are simply wrapped in plastic film which guarantees absolutely nothing. I'm very disappointed and don't plan to buy from them again.

Despite all the care we take in preparing our parcels, we cannot control all the hazards of transport (shocks, depaletization, jamming, etc.), and fortunately this happens very infrequently.
