Correct packaging and very nice appliance but disappointed because at the end of the fondue when I wanted to wash the appliance there were vegetables stuck to the bottom and I had a lot of trouble cleaning it even though I've been making fondues with tefal for years and never had a problem. I called to ask for a commercial gesture, but it was a no. It's a shame that a big company like yours
