Dear Sir, You have been informed by telephone of the longer delay in processing your order due to a current restocking. You agreed to wait for shipment on Thursday. The parcel was received by the postal service on Friday and delivered on Monday, as explained to you on the phone when you called. While we are fully responsible for our selection, the quality of our products and our ability to advise our customers, we cannot control postal delays, which can sometimes be longer. Just a small delivery problem because I live in Paris on avenue de Saint Ouen and the label was made on avenue de la Porte de Saint Ouen. So I received an aooel from the collissiom delivery man who wasn't very nice!!! and I got my package 1 day late. A little advice to people who prepare orders: be careful with addresses.
