RAD. Clear site, secure payment, fast delivery, well packaged and interesting samples. Perhaps an archive of customer purchases (store and website) would be useful to set up. This would allow the customer to keep a history of what they've previously bought, and would allow UNAMI to offer samples of teas that the customer hasn't even heard of yet.
