I'm not happy with the packaging of my parcel: the packing tape was stuck directly onto the humification mat. As a result, when I tried to remove the tape, even if I was careful, I tore off part of the mattress. Really not great! I'm really disappointed. Sincerely, Thomas Brouard.

The oya delivered has paint defects on all sides. it's outrageous to sell a product with so many smudges on the motifs. it looks like the varnish was applied before the motifs were dry.
