Rather fast delivery (living in Isère, maybe that helps). Since I've been ordering on the site, there have been no product errors in the deliveries and the parcels have always arrived safely (unlike others, often because of a bad carrier who can't deliver outside the cities). On the other hand, I can't give my opinion on after-sales service and returns, as I've never needed to use them... and so much the better.
