You ordered the saddle size 155 and we were able to exchange it for the 143 you wanted, the same day you ordered. You ordered on 20/12/2022 at 10:19, the package left the same day at 11:50 and delivered on 22/12/2022 or 48 hours after your order, well within the time promised on our site and by colissimo. So I do not understand your comment if we and colissimo have done everything within the time announced, and we have corrected the error made when ordering? Please reconsider your rating.
