With DPD delivery, it's a nightmare
Satisfied with the delivery speed, but after 3 weeks of use, the product proves to be completely ineffective.

Delivery time too long and not respected
Product does not match what I ordered.
The material is good and well packaged, however they had an internal problem that delayed the shipping date. I had to call myself to find out where my order was and I was told that it was now fine and the order would be shipped. In the end, nothing after 14 days and I had to call again. Finally, I received the order more than 15 days later when it was urgent and I didn't even get an apology email or any commercial gesture. The only thing I got was explanations of their internal error to justify the delay (lack of internal communication) which ultimately matters little to me. In short, disappointed with the waiting time and especially not having received any commercial gesture in return.
Carton intact on the outside, but inside the salt bucket was broken and part of the contents spilled into the box, the candy was a block of salt, and the food can did not have a freshness seal and the security of forced opening......

Received packaging without holding a package of product pierced at the weld underneath. Sent a message 5 minutes after receipt and no response to date.
I like your online store for the attractive prices and your products but I think you should change your carrier (DPD). They don't respect your deadlines and what's more, they take the liberty of delivering the order twice, to two different places. I received one product at home in the letterbox and the other, which didn't fit in the letterbox, was delivered the next day to a relay point without my being informed. I was at home, and they didn't even bother to ring for hand delivery. We're no longer in COVID times. Their incompetence costs you 2 stars.

Very negative about my order. A stock problem on a product that was available, then by magic a 2nd product that was also in stock unavailable. A proposal for a commercial gesture for the problems was not even made. I'm still waiting for a product.

I ordered a product that was available on your site. And after 3 weeks nothing. I called and was told that the order was blocked because the product had not been restocked. To unblock the order I offered to put in an equivalent product. So I ordered a 350g tin of food and received a 150g tin as a replacement. If I had wanted to order 150 grams I would have ordered them from the start. Not very happy with the service
I have a problem with a product. I made a request (22372) and I have no answer.
I only ordered from this site because I urgently needed a product for which there was a delivery delay from my usual supplier. Positive points: they seem to have a relatively wide choice. Negative points: you need a minimum basket of 69 euros for free delivery, otherwise it costs 7 euros. On these 2 points, it's much more than the competition. PayPal payment surcharge. In 2024, when payment by card (really secure???) is not overcharged? Others don't, but I'm sure Zoanthus will defend its restrictive practices for their customers... Finally, an avalanche of emails at every turn. If you find what you're looking for, good for you; I wouldn't recommend it unless you need a product that the competition doesn't have.
