I received a box of live phytoplankton 3 days after it was sent, even though I wanted to pay by Chronopost. It wasn't even packed with polystyrene protection, which is compulsory for live products. I didn't even open the hermetically sealed bottle because it smelled so rotten. I sent an e-mail, but Monsieur was offended and sent me packing. It doesn't matter, there are other, more intelligent suppliers.

As explained to you many times, zoanthus was on vacation until August 8th (which was clearly announced in various places on the site, at the bottom of the page in red and on all the product sheets with the mention "shipped on August 8th"). So it didn't take three days for your order of the 6th to arrive, since it left on the 9th for delivery on the 10th. That's 24 hours in transit.
As for the phytoplankton, there's no problem with a refund, the store simply needs to collect the goods. Best regards Clément

Despite this, with a weight of 30 kilos, if the parcel is thrown away by the carrier, the bucket will break for sure, as it cannot withstand such treatment.
