I ordered from this site because I needed the items quickly. At the time of my order all the items were advertised as being in stock but at the time of delivery the filter foams were missing. I went back to the site and it still said that there were 9 items left in stock. However, it is clearly stated "Stock levels are updated in real time on each product sheet".

An order, whatever its amount, does not entitle you to gifts, depending on your wishes, but I still think your comment is daring.
The prices displayed on the site are designed to be as low as possible, even if it means reducing our margins, and delivery times are respected. The service is there. I don't have any samples of plugs for cuttings to give away! If you need more information on a product before buying, the phone is open every day, as is e-mail.
But it's true that if you have the right to larger gifts from competitors, the choice is made on your side.

I received a box of live phytoplankton 3 days after it was sent, even though I wanted to pay by Chronopost. It wasn't even packed with polystyrene protection, which is compulsory for live products. As explained to you many times, zoanthus was on vacation until August 8th (which was clearly announced in various places on the site, at the bottom of the page in red and on all the product sheets with the mention "shipped on August 8th"). So it didn't take three days for your order of the 6th to arrive, since it left on the 9th for delivery on the 10th. That's 24 hours in transit.
