I'm very satisfied with the products I've ordered: flowers, ice rock and pastilles. The quality of the flowers is always top-notch, in terms of taste, effect and manicure. The weight is always the same, or even a little heavier, which compensates for the weight of the few bits of branch present. Special mention for the ice rocks, which are exceptional in terms of effects - I highly recommend them! Free delivery is always fast, and customer service is very responsive and commercial. I once had a weight problem, which was resolved within 24 hours. What's more, the recurring -50% promotions across the site are a godsend! I really don't understand the negative reviews, to the point of wondering whether they're just trolls or compulsive grumblers.
