While the quality of the products remains good, I was very disappointed by a more than dubious commercial practice during the special "Valentine's Day" promotion. Advertised at -70% throughout the site, it was impossible to log on on February 14th from +/-11.30am to +/-2pm. When the site was available again, the discount was only 50%. I'm puzzled by the reason given, i.e. that all products at -70% would have been sold out, since everything was available when the site reopened. I find the method inelegant!!!
