Hello, I was advised to visit this site and was told that it was good, "maybe" but the communication was not so good. Order placed on 31/10/2022 with carrier tracking also received on 31/10/2022. It is now 4/11/2022 and I have still not received my order. I've written to them by email, received no reply, written to their Facebook page, received no reply, and phoned them today on the answering machine, hoping one day to receive my order!
