Quality product however I tested positive to a salivary test during a road check following an exclusive consumption of cbd bought on this site. This should not be the case. The level of cbd must not be sufficiently controlled and therefore certainly higher than 0.2%. I would very much like to have proof of the level of cbd present in the plants I have received. I will no longer trust this site.

Very bad experience, their service remains "correct" as long as there is no error in your order. After an error in my order, almost non-existent response from them, more than a week without response and without solution to overcome their errors I have never seen such a deplorable and non-existent service. Emails and calls go unanswered, the only message from them being on the site chat after a week of trying to tell me to be patient and that they would get back to me when they had time. I had never seen anything like it anywhere else, and still no answer or solution to my problem. To be avoided and not to wait to have a problem of order to not order any more with them, especially as the market is in full expansion and that much of their competitor have a panel of product more important and of very good quality, and in the event of problem their sav is irreproachable in comparison. I won't be ordering from them again; on my last order, the flowers were inconsumable, had a strange look and smell, and tasted very pungent and irritating for several hours. Finally, after more than a week of trying, I finally managed to get Sav on the phone to send me back the right product from my first order, and a refund for the last one, which I had to throw away because of its very poor quality. I'm relieved to have finally been able to contact the Sav to rectify the situation, but I really don't recommend this site in view of all the inconvenience it has caused me.

Hello on November 30 I placed an order that I received on December 3 but it arrived incomplete. First of all on the 10G of orange bud there were only 5.2 g (so I think labelling error) on the 3 crystals CBD there were only 2 and the worst I did not get either the MoonRock 5g for which I ordered from EUX because I am a good customer Famous CBD (on average 200e per month) my sister-in-law advised me 321 CBD and especially had me taste the moonrock two weeks ago and I loved it. Their products have a higher rate than famous cbd that's why I intend to order from them but very disappointed with my first order because even if it was black monday and they were in the rush it does not take anything away the fact of receiving the products ordered and paid on the other hand the TRIM nickel because 20.6 g. . I tried to reach them yesterday but impossible to have them same since this morning it is abnormal that there is no customer service in view of the sums paid by customers. errors happen but every business has to correct them. so thank you for doing what's necessary and sending me the missing products because otherwise I'll stop payment. funny way to build customer loyalty without customer service worthy of the name cordially my order MDKGZUBAE placed on 30/11/2020 14:59:42

Hello everyone, I have placed several orders since the beginning of July without any problems and I am really happy with the quality of the products and the customer service!...until 09-09/20 last order of 30?... no tracking number... no one at customer service because they don't reply! Emails are useless because there's no reply either! It's been 13 days and I've lost hope and confidence in this site ... it's a real shame ... what a waste !!!! The worst thing is that you don't reply to these loyal customers ... it's disgraceful! Obviously I'm not the only one in this case from what I see on the net ... I'm asking for a complaint because if you don't reply any more, there's a problem? You should close down and be condemned because the products are legal and authorized in France!
