Even in "28mm" scale, the level of detail is impressive. The material used is reassuringly long-lasting, should the figurines be dropped or handled a little too vigorously (thanks, kids!). The parts are very thin and seem quite solid. The coli is well packaged. What's more, the people at3D Minis Factory are attentive and friendly. However, I have two drawbacks: some of the sculptures are too thin for the pieces to be easy to handle (it really depends on the sculptor), and it's hard to appreciate the actual size of the piece you're going to receive.
