Zero print quality, no details on the figurine, printing anomalies. This isn't the first time I've had this problem, but it's definitely the last: I won't be ordering again.

Hello Olivier, indeed, this figurine was very complex to print (one of the first Ghamak figurines), and the final result was not worth the image proposed by the creator.
After reimbursing you and sending back another printing attempt, I think the problem has been solved, but we've decided to deactivate this figurine to avoid this kind of setback. Unfortunately, this is one of the hazards of 3D printing...

3 broken figurines, and customs fees that I had not foreseen... so in the end much, much too expensive!!!

Hello Silvère and thank you for your feedback. Yes, the Swiss Customs regularly ask for additional customs fees... In a rather random way, it's quite annoying we agree!
On the other hand, for the 3 broken figurines, it should never have been the case, apart from an unscrupulous customs officer, our figurines are supposed to arrive whole and in good condition.
Can you please contact us at "[email protected]", so that we can at least send you back the broken figurines or at least refund them?
Again, we apologize for this bad experience which unfortunately seems to be partly due to Customs...
