It was prepared on Thursday morning and picked up by GLS the same day. Based on the carrier's commitments, we estimate 3 working days after the package was picked up. The parcel was delivered on Monday, i.e. 2 working days after collection. Delivery times and maximum delivery dates are clearly displayed when you place your order. And if you have any questions about deliveries, our customer service team speaks perfect French 😉 Because we're also sorry that you weren't able to have a conversation with the delivery man.
