We have enough quantity to choose a normal box and when we sell damaged boxes, it's with big discounts and with the mention "déclassé". If the box has arrived damaged, it's because despite our efforts to pack our parcels well, our protection was not sufficient to withstand the sometimes "violent" conditions of transport.
