There are several reasons why we are obliged to charge a delivery fee for orders under 350 euros: our margins are very small, as we offer wholesale prices, and confectionery is a heavy, inexpensive product (3 to 10 euros per kilo). It would be impossible for us to offer these prices and delivery. We offer delivery on orders of 350 euros or more. Other sites charge little for delivery but compensate with higher rates. For Relai colis, the bug has been corrected, but the rate is practically the same, since GLS also transports the parcel to the Relai point.

Thank you for your review and your compliments! Sorry for the small delivery problem. We use a service provider called GLS to deliver the parcels and out of the thousand or so delivery drivers who work for them (or for other transport companies for that matter!), some are not as reliable as others. For your convenience, we've opted for the Flex Delivery service, which alerts you by e-mail to the day and time of delivery, and lets you change them at your convenience. And to give the delivery driver the best possible chance of finding you, we've included your cell phone number... Despite our best efforts, sometimes that's not enough... So we're going to report this incident to our service provider. Thank you in any case for taking the necessary steps to find your parcel!
