RAS - the product purchased was a pre-order, I was a little afraid not to have it for the holidays but no all went well. The only small point of improvement is the tracking label. You receive a colissimo alert from the sender: ARBORESENS. It's not obvious that this is the boutique's website, which is subcontracted to another agency, especially as the name doesn't appear anywhere.
