One of the corners of the box for the "Automatic Watch - Élysée X" was 'sunken' (I went to Maison Élysée to buy another one, keeping the problem one for myself (I was of course offered an exchange or refund online, but the delivery and return times are too long to give this watch as a gift). The 2nd item, "Manchette Palmes Georgette", arrived in perfect condition, but I was thinking of buying the complementary "Cuirs", "Rouge/Argent & Bleu/Blanc", that I had put on alert (both unavailable at the time), but they are still unavailable online and at the "Maison Élysée" Boutique, the "coup de coeur" gift I wanted to make has become a flop ... ... .

Items received perfect as well as your customer care. The problem is with the postal service. I had to ask for an investigation to find out where the tracked letter was.
