Cant say what it was like as in the end I decided not to use them. Shame I couldn’t get the money back, even though I gave them several days’ notice . They did give me a credit for 6 months, but I don’t think I’ll be back in Paris in that time.

The user experience for a non-French speaker could be better, but overall the facility worked as advertised and was greatly appreciated as we desperately wanted to store bags while we spent another 6 hours touring around Paris. Better integration with Google Maps would make it easier to find the location, and better instructions about how to purchase locker space and gain access to the facility would be much appreciated. We figured it out eventually, but for first-timers storing bags in Paris, it was a bit stressful and confusing.

This was a life saver, we needed to check out of our Airbnb by 10 am but were not flying out till late in the evening. There was no way we would have been able to take advantage of our last day in Paris without having a place to store our luggage. 2 adults and 5 children on a 3 week vacation... you can imagine how much luggage we had on hand.
