We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! Et tout cela à un coût effectivement, et nous sommes les seuls sur Paris à vous proposer ce niveau de sécurisation. Et de plus, ramener au bagages cela coute 3,75€ pour la journée (8:00-22:00) Nous espérons avoir répondu à vos interrogations et vous souhaitons une excellente journée !

The website indicated that one suitcase was allowed per locker. So we took two lockers and gambled that our backpacks could be added. In the end, 1 locker had been perfect and it would have been a waste of money. What's more, it smelled terrible and wasn't clean.

This size is suitable for most large suitcases and can hold up to 4 pieces of IATA international size cabin luggage (55 x 35 x 20cm). Indeed, if your luggage is larger, the number of pieces of luggage that can fit in a locker is smaller; we are therefore surprised to see that you mention any other information. In addition, have you contacted customer service to request a refund for the 2nd locker? As for the odors, there have indeed been problems with the drainage of waste water in the building, which we regret. It's a shame that you chose not to contact us and to spontaneously give us a bad review when everything could have been sorted out in a friendly atmosphere. We got in just fine to drop our bags- however- our code stopped working when we returned to collect them. Neighbors saw us banging on the door and told us this is a common issue. No one would answer the phone. We did purchase a new locker and the new door code worked. Miserable experience panicking over potentially not getting our family of 5s clothes and items.

Our locker was open when we arrived. There was a sign that said: don’t use it if the locker is already open. So we were insecure if we should use it and wanted to contact the number. but when we called, it said that this number doesn’t exist. In the end we did not use it as went to the hotel as this whole company seemed a bit shady to us. It was also weird that only our locker was open. A real bummer as we lost time and money.

I paid for the locker and then waited for the email for the code to use which didn't arrive. I email and phoned but still no reply.
i then went direct to the locker and paid again to use it. Therefore my advise is not to pay for it on line and just go direct to the locker and pay. otherwise you will pay twice. I would still like my money back for the first payment.

The locker was too small and by no means it could hold 4 luggages. I had to pay for another one to put our second luggage in. It may be able to hold one or two carry-ons depending on the width and height. Overall, a misrepresentation of what is being offered at a prime rate. It is not worth it.

This loker is located on rue de Lyon but is definitely not at Gare de Lyon (although that's what I had indicated in my Google search)... The result was that instead of walking 11 minutes with heavy suitcases and backpacks, I took another locker directly from the station. This cost me €17.50 as it was impossible to cancel the reservation... It felt like a scam.... Or how to abuse the trust of tourists who don't know Paris!!!!

Terrible, I had to type my entry code 100x to even get inside and then I was EVEN unable to open my locker. I had to leave my stuff unprotected in a room. Tried all combinations of my locker code, nothing worked. Really terrible experience.

The idea is good but leaving everything at the service of a computer is not so good. There is no staff to guide or assist you, much less someone to help you if you make a mistake. There is also no option to change the reservation date, after a mistake, horrible.

No pongo cero estrellas porque no se puede.
Hice una reserva de una taquilla para dejar mis maletas en Paris y jamás pude usar el servicio. Las claves que me dieron para abrir la puerta y la taquilla, no funcionaron, llamé al teléfono de soporte que tienen, para que me ayudaran y jamás me atendieron. Deje tres mensajes en el contestador y jamás me llamaron para darme soporte. Eso si, los 8€ que pagué por hacer la reserva anticipada, si que los han cobrado. He pedido a PayPal que me devuelvan el dinero que les he pagado, ya que no han cumplido con su compromiso. El servicio de atención al cliente una autentica vergüenza. Jamás volveré a usar City Locker y por supuesto no voy a recomendárselo a nadie. Una estafa y una basura de servicio.
