I had reserved 2 boxes and when we tried to open the 2nd box, the code didn't work! We called the emergency number (answering machine 🤨), I left a message but never got a call back! Fortunately we were able to put all our luggage in 1 single box. Poor after-sales service, because to this day I still haven't been called back!

This was a simple activity to complete. The online registration was simple and the subsequent instructions on accessing the location was clear. It was a good 5 minute walk to the lockers from Gare du Nord station. It was great to have the security knowing once inside the room you were away from prying eyes if you needed to rearrange your suitcase.
