Eventually it did its job as expected and our luggage was kept there for several hours. However, although we were sent a text with a password for the door and another one for the locker itself: The entrance door could be opened just by pushing it, so no extra security layer, and when it comes to the locker, we spent a good 15 minutes trying to understand what we were doing wrong and the locker wouldn’t open. Eventually after many attempts where we were literally inserting the same code again and again, all of a sudden the locker did us the favour and opened.

During this period the controls with the video had been increased in order to check and ensure the sécurisation of your belongings. Now the problem is fixes:).
