It's a shame to find information on the site that rental starts at 2€/day, only to have to pay 15€ for 4 hours of rental in front of the locker. This gives the unpleasant impression of being taken for donkeys.

The sliding scale rates only apply to multi-day bookings (-50% on the 3rd and -83% on the 5th) and our daily prices per locker are the cheapest in the luggage storage sector. Our prices are clearly indicated on the website prior to booking. However, we are sorry that you were not satisfied with our locker prices. The ease of rental and customer service was really great, I stopped short of ficing five stars because upon return both me and another customer had trouble opening our lockers, which put me in a state of panic. That being said, I called the emergency service and they were able to converse with me in English and help resolve my issue in a very timely manner. I would use city locker again.
