Avevo capito che il locker fosse dentro la stazione.
Oltre a ciò, sia in fase di deposito che in fase di ritiro, ho dovuto effettuare 4/5 tentativi prima di riuscire. Oltre a me anche un altro gruppi di persone che stava effettuando il deposito. Sarebbe molto utile avere un display che mostri il codice che si sta immettendo (al limite, per sicurezza, cifrato...giusto per capire se non sono rimasti in memoria altri caratteri).
Con 6 euro avrei potuto depositare i bagagli in un negozio...a 15 euro mi aspettavo molto molto meglio!!!

When I booked the locker, I did not pay attention to the luggages’ dimensions mentioned. Such information should be clear - it is mentioned below the renting date (you have to scroll down to see it).
So anyway, i could not fit my luggage in the locker, and there was no one there to discuss about the refund or cancellation - it is a self service I guess.

Comme vous les précisez, il est très important de vérifier la taille des bagages avant de finaliser votre reservation; Pour rappel L 48 cm x H 61 cm x P 85 cm. Cette dimension convient à la plupart des grandes valises et peut contenir jusqu'à 4 bagages cabine format international IATA (55 x 35 x 20 cm). Les dimensions figurent en pages d’accueil de notre site sous forme de texte et de GIF afin de vous alerte sur les dimensions des casiers ce qui vous a apparement échappé, ce que nous regrettons. Le système étant automatisé aucune aide sur place ne peut vous être apporter mais une hotline disponible 7/7 de 8:00 à 22:00 aurait pu vous apporter une réponse commerciale et notament vous proposer un avoir du montant de votre réservation valable 6 mois. Nous restons bien évidement à votre disposition soit par téléphone soit @ [email protected] pour tout complement d’information. Very poorly managed .When I went to pick up my luggage, an incident happend that the auto-lock door didn't open. So I couldn't enter the room. I checked and entered my PIN many times, but it didn't open at all. A couple close to me noticed the trouble, they told me their PIN and finally the door opened. If I didn't meet them ,I would miss the Eurostar on the way home. I won't use it next time.

No problem has been reported by you or other people that day and we have check in our system and it reports that the locker has been open at 12:50:56 the 1rst time and 12:51:15 the second time May be you just do not pull the door? Further more no message has been left on our hotline mentioning any problem. When you call the hotline it asks you in 3 languages to leave a message in case of emergency so that we can call you back. Could it be you have not called the right number? And finally we have check the phone number given by you and didn't find any call; have you used another tel number?
