Horrible experience, end up charging me for a service I didn't use, I made the refund request via e-mail 1 minute after getting out the locker room and realizing it was not going to serve my needs and they didn't wanted to give my money back. Lack of care for their customers, bad refunds policies, very low quality tactics and answers to evade what was obvious. I would get far away as I can from this company.

Hello, when you made your reservation, you had all the information concerning the size of the lockers. You booked then you came with a small paper bag that you put in the locker then you took a picture of it and you left. You have told us that your luggage will not fit outside you have managed to put the bag you had with you in the locker.

Locker codes didn’t work. Customer service was not available to help. When they finally reached back it was 30 mins after we attempted to drop off luggage, so we had already hopped on our train. Customer service blamed us for “entering the code wrong” - no acknowledgement that we were provided wrong codes.
