Our Eurostar train didn't leave till 9pm and we had to leave our apartment by 11:30am. Having these lockets available meant we didn't have to drag our cases around all day while we were shopping & sightseeing. We managed to get 4 small cases in the lockers. There's a few city locker sites available in the city and we were able to book online that morning for the closest one to us.

Had an emergency and no one called me back, it was a nightmare. After a few hours I just got a refund with a message “we’re sorry but we were fully booked”.
The emergency number is therefore not an emergency number. I even headed to the “back office of city locker” but that didn’t exist anymore.
So all in all, if you have to catch a flight rather use “Bounce” it was way, way better!

Location of the locker room, very close to the side entrance of gare de l'est. Just mind the stairs you need to take, no lift, so with heavy luggage it could be a problem. No problem with business luggage. Everything worked hazzle free, order, door code, locker code. The door needs quite a strong push to be opened, this could be looked after.
