Very practical and easy to use (codes and instructions sent by message). However, a large hold suitcase + a cabin suitcase have a lot of trouble fitting into a single locker. We had to open the small suitcase to slide it open on one side. What's more, I find the prices far too high for one day. (15€)

That same day, I mistakenly made a reservation for the lockers at the train stations and near the Eiffel Tower. I immediately emailed to try to cancel the order. I received no reply to my request. Otherwise, the service is very practical. However, we didn't manage to enter ( first code didn't work. Fortunately, at both baggage drop-off and baggage claim, customers let us in and we were able to use the code to open the locker. As I said earlier, this is the Eifel Tower locker. OLIVIER

A nuestra llegada a París fue bastante bien, aunque uno de los códigos no entraba bien. Pero el día que reservamos para la salida, nos encontramos una de las taquillas ocupada con otra maleta. Cuando al fin pudimos contactar con la empresa, Jeremy nos atendió muy bien a través de SMS, y pudimos colocar nuestro equipaje en otra taquilla que debió abrir él a distancia, pues el código que nos proporcionó tampoco funcionaba.
Deberían mejorar el sistema de apertura de las taquillas, pues la situación nos provocó una perdida de tiempo importante y el consiguiente nerviosismo. Aún así, Jeremy nos atendió eficazmente.

The lockers are full of dirt. They should be cleaned daily. The size of the locker could be better specified before purchase. In our case, we paid for 2 lockers to put 3 suitcases in and then we saw that
everything would have fit perfectly in one locker.

Good idea and practical. The code on the door is the same code as for the lockers. Only one number needs to be added. I find this very insecure. A woman stood constantly at the code field. At first we thought she was looking for her own code because she was constantly doing something on her cell phone. Unfortunately, we were too careless at first and entered the code in front of the woman. Then she just squeezed through the door and was then in the room. She just stood at the code field the whole time and waited for us to enter our code and our luggage. So beware of scammers! I found it was very expensive (way more than the advertising said: 15€ per locker, when the ad stated "from 2€"). But we were already there with our luggage, so we paid for it. Instructions were not clear enough and we did not know how to operate. Fortunately, with other people's help we were able to figure it out.
