Extremely fast shipping, and order tracking very well informed on the site and by email (at each step). The products (2 boxes of Olia hair color which I never find on the shelves) arrived in very good condition, one of the two boxes only had the cardboard folded but nothing serious...the products were not out of date, and no particular allergic reaction. I can recommend them with my eyes closed!
