Your products are perfect... : . . . but your site is complicated. On July 23rd I ordered 2 "all-aluminium" knives on the internet which I received a few days later, no problem (3CT112IM0ASOININO1). On September 25 I placed an additional order for a knife I thought was the same model (1LA112IM0ASM12ALU0) and received a folding knife with a shorter blade.
