Excellent product and web catalog, but packaging to be reviewed. Hello. The knives are as expected. Communication during purchase and package tracking is perfect. But the parcel is "over" packed. The whole box was wrapped in adhesive tape and even taking my time I couldn't find a "civilized" way to open it. Of course the parcel has to be well protected, but the experience of opening it is part of the pleasure of the purchase (example Apple products and Amazon shipments). I will recommend your site.
